Occupancy limited: One (1) bedroom – four (4) persons; The Occupancy 4 Guest may adults, children, babies, and infants. Children under 3 and infants don’t count toward the number of guests.

The ROYAL REXHOST RESORTS at Madeira Beach Yacht Club (MBYCC), is located on the ground floor with no stairs and a 665 Sqft area plus 2 Patios (Roofed with Remote Lights & Fans); the dimensions of the patios are not included in the calculation of the total square footage. We have a private backyard with a grill and flowers, and “150 amenities”. Gated Communities with both private and public access entrances are controlled by Locks, Padlocks, Fobs, and Tags. Animals and smoking are not permitted.
Our room facilities mainly includes a fully equipped kitchen (Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Stove, Toaster, Utensils, Coffee Maker etc..) with granite countertops and updated appliances with custom lighting and an open kitchen bar area for additional seating, Adjacent dining area nicely decorated with 4 seats, 2 Queen sleeping bed for 4 people, Two Sofas, One folding Twin Bed(additional charge), Bathroom Shower, Internet & Ethernet, Wi-Fi inside and outside areas (Clubhouse, Fitness, Sunroom, Small & Large Pool Areas), Dishes, 2 Cable TV (60” Smart TV in the Living Room & 40” Smart TV in the Bedroom), A/C, Dryer, Washer, Linen Towels and much more.. Outside and inside both together of the unit we have 2 Swimming Pools (2 Heated Pools and 2 Sparkling Pools), sun loungers, umbrellas, tables, benches, free private parking, fitness center, party hall, hot tubs, Bar-b-que grills, shuffleboard, Jacuzzi, sauna, showers, Exercise room ( Gym & Billiards), Seawalls- Docks- Piers, Marina facilities, Bicycle parking, Party room & board room, Game room with entertainment, Photography, Private fishing dock and 4 fishing piers overlook the Intracoastal Waterway teeming with wildlife, free parking and EV car chargers. Our safety measures are a fenced pool, covered patio with lock, safety room lock, smoke detector, and fire extinguisher.
