One thing I've noticed is the fact that there are plenty of misconceptions regarding the lenders intentions while talking about property foreclosure. I have observed that sensible real estate agents everywhere you go are getting set to FSBO ***********. They are realizing that it's not only placing a sign in the front yard. It's really concerning building relationships with these sellers who someday will become buyers.
